ELIGIBILITY
This contest is only open to legal residents of Canada who are at least 18 years of age. Void where prohibited by the law. Employees of Annabelle Cosmetics and their respective subsidiaries, retailers, distributors, affiliates and their agents, advertising, promotion and production agencies and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings and spouses of children or siblings) and household members are not eligible.

By attempting to submit an entry, you release Annabelle Cosmetics and their subsidiaries, respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, retailers, distributors, affiliates and their agents, advertising, promotion and production agencies from all losses and any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, rights, claims, and actions of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, arising out of your access to, participation in and receipt and use of prizes in this contest.
Failure to comply with all rules and regulations associated with the “Annabelle Cosmetics Facebook Contest” could result in disqualification from the “Annabelle Cosmetics Facebook Contest”. Annabelle Cosmetics reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend this contest for any reason.


HOW TO ENTER
All entries must be received by 12:00 PM ET on June 21st, 2010. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

Please visit www.facebook.com/Annabelle and click on the CONTEST tab. Fill the entry form in full to participate. This is the only method of entry. Annabelle Cosmetics is not responsible for any lost, late, delayed, illegible, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, mutilated, or misdirected entries due to any technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this contest or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this contest.

Any entries submitted during this contest are considered part of the public domain. Entries must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights (privacy, publicity, intellectual property) or is inappropriate, disparaging, indecent, obscene, hateful, defamatory, slanderous or libellous. Objectionable entries will not be considered and Annabelle Cosmetics reserves the right, at its discretion, to remove any such content.

All entries are subject to verification. Any entry that is tampered with, counterfeited, illegible, mutilated, reproduced, obtained where prohibited or not obtained legitimately, is null and void. In the event that production, seeding, printing or other errors cause more than the stated number of prizes of any category to be claimed, Annabelle Cosmetics reserves the right to suspend delivery of prizes, without prior notice.
On June 21st, 2010 at 2:00 pm ET Annabelle Cosmetics will determine 30 Eligible Winners by random electronic draw. The first names drawn will be able to choose according to their preferred movie representation. Therefore, it is possible that there will not be any ticket left for one of the representation. In this case, the Winners will get the remaining tickets, regardless the city where he/she resides. Annabelle Cosmetics will not be responsible for transportation. The Winner will have the choice to accept or refuse the prize. Annabelle Cosmetics will notify the eligible Winner by telephone. The eligible Winner will have until June 22nd, 2010 at 2:00 pm ET to provide Annabelle with shipping information. If Annabelle Cosmetics is unable to contact, after appropriate and reasonable efforts within the specified delay, the eligible Winner will forfeit her prize. Annabelle will not be held responsible or liable should the attempts to contact an eligible Winner fail. Annabelle Cosmetics reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award the prize to another Candidate (chosen by random draw) without any further notice to the previously selected eligible Winner. The alternate Candidate shall be subject to disqualification in the same manner.


PRIZES
There are sixty (60) prizes, thirty (30) prizes for Quebec residents, each consisting of one (1) movie passes for two to Twilight – Eclipse Movie Premiere on June 28, 2010 at 7:00 pm ET (10 for the English version in Montreal at Banque Scotia, 10 for the French version in Montreal at StarCité and 10 for the French version in Quebec City at Cinéma Beauport) and of one (1) gift bag filled with Annabelle Cosmetics products at Annabelle Cosmetics’ sole discretion. Approximate retail value of this prize is $50. And finally, thirty (30) prizes for winners not residing in Quebec, each consisting of one (1) gift bag filled with Annabelle Cosmetics products at Annabelle Cosmetics’ sole discretion. Approximate retail value of this prize is $50.

Annabelle Cosmetics will ship prize to each winner via mail at Annabelle Cosmetics’ expense. Annabelle Cosmetics is not responsible for delays in delivery of any prize. Prize cannot be delivered to a postal box). Winners shall bear all risk of loss to prize after it has been received. Annabelle Cosmetics is under no obligation to provide winners with any other substitute prize. In the event a winner is or becomes ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. If a Prize Notification Letter or a Prize is returned as undeliverable, Annabelle Cosmetics will contact the winner asking to provide a correct address. The winner will have a maximum of 24h to reply to Annabelle Cosmetics, otherwise Annabelle Cosmetics will determine a new winner without any further notice to the previously selected eligible Winner. Annabelle Cosmetics will limit its delivery tentative to one (1) per winner.


RIGHT TO TERMINATE
Annabelle reserves the right to modify or terminate the Contest without further notice or obligation to the Candidates if fraud, misconduct, human interference or technical failures or any other factor interferes with the proper conduct, security, or impartiality of the Contest as contemplated by these Official Rules.


PERSONAL INFORMATION
By entering the contest, entrants consent the use of their personal information by Annabelle Cosmetics and its authorized agents for the purpose of administering the Contest and, if you are declared a Winner, to fulfill prizes. Candidates agree that their name, image, hometown will be posted on the web page. Your personal information will not otherwise be used for any other purpose, except as you otherwise consent or as required by law. By accepting a prize, Winners consent to the use of their personal information including, but not limited to, their Photo and name or likeness for publicity purposes in connection with the Contest without further compensation or notice and agree to sign a document to this effect. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Without limiting the release provided above, and for greater certainty, Annabelle Cosmetics will not be liable for:

a)    Any incomplete or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in Contest, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries;
b)    The theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries;
c)    Any problems or technical malfunctions of any kind, including without limitation, hardware or software failures, lost or unavailable network connections, with telephone networks or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs; 
d)    Any failure of any entry to be received by Promoter, or any other party associated with the Contest, for any reason including but not limited to traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, or postal delays;
e)    Any damage to a Candidate’s or other person’s computer system occasioned by participation or downloading of materials from the Website; or
f)    Lost, stolen, misdirected, postage due, illegible, delayed, damaged, destroyed, or otherwise unusable or ineligible entries which are void.  


MISCELLANEOUS
Annabelle reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify from this Contest, any individual that it finds or believes to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or the Website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, intimidate or harass any other person.  Any attempt by a candidate or any other person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, prompter reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws.


FOR QUEBEC RESIDENTS ONLY
Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling.  Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
